Process North’s editor, Mike Waite, is a mediator / facilitator / trainer / researcher with substantial experience in local government, youth & community work, charities & the voluntary sector and in communications. He devises and delivers bespoke courses and skill-sharing sessions in such areas as as conflict awareness; de-escalation techniques; effective engagement on controversial proposals; and having ‘difficult conversations’ on tricky issues including ‘conspiracy theories’, racism and extremism.
